Sheiloh Carlos
Military Fellow
Lieutenant Colonel Sheiloh Carlos serves as Moonshots Capital's Defense Military Fellow through the U.S. Army's Training With Industry program. He helps portfolio companies better understand the Department of War missions, customer needs, and acquisition pathways to accelerate the adoption of innovative technologies.
Sheiloh brings nearly two decades of Army operational and acquisition leadership. After serving in Army Air and Missile Defense operational assignments across the U.S. Pacific Command, he transitioned to the Army Acquisition Corps, where he has led defense capability efforts across contracting, program management, and systems engineering. His assignments include leading contingency contracting operations supporting U.S. Central Command and serving in Product Lead positions within the Portfolio Acquisition Execution (PAE) Fires portfolio and the PAE Command and Control / Counter-Command and Control (C2/C-C2) portfolio.
A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Sheiloh holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
