If you’d like to be considered for investment out of Moonshots Capital Fund IV, please review our Investment Strategy and fill out this form. We look at all submissions from both warm and cold introductions, and this survey allows us to accurately capture your business information to evaluate fit.
What to Know

- We prefer companies that have an MVP and are close to or are already generating monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
- We rarely invest in companies with less than $300K raised in previous rounds to date.
